Historic townhome built by paper merchants in the heart of Capitol Hill. Scope of work includes new additions to the three-story home at both the rear and side of the property. The home is improved from three bedrooms to five for the owner’s growing family. A glass enclosed foot bridge connects the main home to the original carriage house, comprised of a great room above and parking below. Full-height windows overlooking the courtyard maximize daylight and connection to the outdoors.
